The View Saved the Day
Waking up to the ocean's waves was rejuvenating. The resort's gardens were sprawling, making for perfect afternoon strolls, and the buffet breakfast had many delicious local dishes.
However, the beach access was disappointing due to excessive seaweed. The staff’s assistance was inconsistent. while some were genuinely kind, others were unapproachable when we needed help.

Recommend it for family with children
One evening, the bar had a nice atmosphere, and the staff made sure to keep the drinks flowing while cracking jokes. The breakfast each morning featured local dishes that made starting the day a pleasure.
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but the value was reasonable overall.

Amazing Staff and Beautiful Golf Course
During my stay in a Deluxe King Room Ocean Front, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean view that accompanied the soothing sound of waves each morning. The staff really stood out, particularly Troy, who assisted with various inquiries, and Pamela, who made our dining experience delightful. The golf course provided an excellent challenge, boasting beautiful views, but it could greatly benefit from some maintenance. While the food quality was generally good, improvements in variety and presentation, especially in the buffet offerings, would enhance the overall experience.

The oceanfront view from the Deluxe King Room offers a breathtaking sight and the sound of crashing waves each morning enhances the experience. The multiple dining options allow for some variety, and the main buffet restaurant serves meals that cater well to a low occupancy crowd.
Access to the beach suffers due to a significant accumulation of seaweed, making it less inviting. The hotel shows signs of wear, such as condensation on the floors that can get slippery, particularly in hallways, demanding caution. The linens lack freshness, with some not appearing clean enough to keep, and certain areas of the hotel feel neglected, including broken tiles and outdated facilities.

The oceanfront view from my Deluxe King Room Ocean Front took my breath away every morning with the calming sound of waves. Breakfast offered a variety of local dishes that started each day off nicely. Kalisha at the front desk offered a warm welcome and made valuable dining suggestions that enhanced my stay. The golf course offered beautiful views and provided a good challenge, though it could use better upkeep for a smoother play experience. The pool area was simply stunning and great for relaxing under the sun. Unfortunately, service varied quite a bit. I faced long waits for drinks at times, particularly in the pub where a busy evening led to a wait of over 30 minutes for our order. Pam at the buffet was remarkable. her attentiveness stood out. On the downside, the Wi-Fi connection struggled to keep up in my room, which was frustrating. Overall, the resort had charm and potential but needs some effort in a few areas to elevate the guest experience full throttle.
